Day-Of Information & Details

We are only a few days away from our Out Brunch After Dark event, and I wanted to make sure you had all the vital details!

At Out Brunch After Dark
Gates will open at 6pm, program will begin at 7pm OR when parking has finished — please be prompt!

At the entrance, please give the name of the person or business who purchased your event ticket. Will-call tickets will be listed by purchaser.

Feel free to flash your headlights or make some noise during the event and performances — we are excited to have an interactive event with your participation — even though safely distanced.

About the Food
We will have food trucks present for snacks, Italian food, sonoran dogs, and desserts, but outside snacks are also allowed at Out Brunch After Dark! So, if you are concerned about your dietary restrictions please feel free to bring your own goodies.

Guests will receive a $10 food voucher at the entrance gate that can be applied towards food truck food purchases.

What to Bring With You
Masks! Don’t forget to bring your mask to ensure that we all stay as safe as possible while we celebrate together.

We will have drag performances during the event, if you would like to tip them bringing small bills of cash might be a good idea. Volunteers will be located throughout the crowd with nets in order to “catch” the tips for our amazing performers!

If you would like to sit outside your vehicle, you are welcome to bring your own chairs to do so. Please plan on sitting near your vehicle if this is the option you choose.

Safety Protocol Reminders
If you feel sick the day of the event, have been tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting results, or have had close contact with a person who has COVID 19 symptoms, we ask that you please stay home from the event and enjoy it online.

Masks must be worn correctly during the event, over the nose and mouth. No admittance to event will be considered without a mask.

Parking staff will help ensure parking spots and rows are staggered between vehicles to allow for social distancing protocols. You may choose to stay in your vehicle or bring chairs to sit at the front of your vehicle. Please be committed to limiting your close contact with other guests.

Vendor tents will be set up for you to visit during the event. Please be mindful of the 6 foot spacing indicated on the ground when waiting to visit a vendor.

The El Toro Flicks venue space is rustic, so please be prepared for port-a-johns should you need to use the restroom during the event. Restrooms will be sanitized after each guest use, to ensure they remain as safe as possible.
